Ocala Veterinary Hospital’s Premier Wellness Plan

Special Thanks and Appreciation to Antech Diagnostics and Idexx Laboratories for their support of healthy pets and wellness plans!

ocala-veterinary-hospital-pet-wellness-plan Ocala Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing our clients and patients with the best possible service and medical care in a professional manner. You trust and expect us to provide you with advice which will allow you to make the best decision for your pet. In order to offer you the peace of mind you deserve, we recommend preventative care and a wellness plan.

Our pets cannot tell us how they are feeling so a proactive approach to health care is necessary. The appearance of health may be misleading. This is due in part to the fact that it is instinctive for animals to protect themselves and not to show clinical signs of illness. In addition some diseases only show clinical signs late in the disease process. Kidney disease is a good example as up to 75% of function can be loss before clinical signs are observed.

Routine physical examinations and diagnostic testing will provide early detection of disease. This will provide your veterinarian with a better understanding of the overall health of your pet and you the knowledge that you’re doing all that you can do to keep them healthy and happy.

Another important component of health care is critical care services. There is no substitute for previous hands on experience with an individual patient and knowledge of previous medical history. Continuity of care will provide the best quality of care for your pet. Start your pet’s care today at Ocala Veterinary Hospital. We are here to give your pet the very best in veterinary care.
